TONE Interiors is a full service design firm specializing in space planning, construction documents, construction management and interior decorating. The name stands for the four pillars that guide every project: Timeless, Organic, Nuanced, and Expressive.  With a background in project management and on-site collaboration with tradespeople and contractors, I bridge the gap between vision and execution—balancing beautiful design with realistic timelines and smart budgeting. Every detail is intentional to ensure the right TONE is set!

About the Designer

Welcome! I’m Sarah.

For the past 8 years, I’ve worked not only as a designer, but also as a construction and property manager. To date, I’ve purchased and flipped 8 of my own properties, while also designing and managing projects for a range of clients. My portfolio includes full-home renovations, rental properties, kitchen and bath updates, and commercial spaces—including a café and a small event venue.

What sets me apart from other designers is my hands-on, construction management experience . I know how things should be done, because I've done them myself. I’ve managed budgets, coordinated timelines, worked directly with subcontractors, and often jumped in to do the work myself. I am your one stop shop to carry you through your project from start to finish. Many homeowners don't realize how much they have to handle on their own once a renovation starts. The contractor will do the work, but they aren't responsible for design choices, ordering fixtures, coordinating with subcontractors, etc. Because of this, many things slip through the cracks causing delays and ends up costing more money if not managed correctly. I stay involved through every step of the process to ensure your vision is translated clearly and effectively to your contractor.
